What we collect

We collect only what you type into the contact or application form on this site:

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, and builds no profiles. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and to keep the site running.

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

Providing the data is voluntary. Without a name and an email address we cannot reply to you.

Who processes the data on our behalf

Each of these providers acts as a processor under a data processing agreement. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and applications are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to 24 months after our last contact, so that we can pick the thread back up. If a contract follows, the correspondence is kept for the period required by Czech accounting and tax law. Server logs are kept for a short technical period by our hosting provider.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to its processing, or provide it in a portable format. Where processing rests on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time — this does not affect processing carried out beforehand.

Write to contact@akvant.tech and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.cz.

Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects for you. The three diagnostic questions are read by a person; they only help us prepare a more useful first conversation.
